Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MSR Research services — including msrresearch.com, subscriptions.msrresearch.com, and the MSR Research iOS app — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

MSR Research provides AI-powered intelligence products delivered via web portal, email, and iOS app. Current products include Technology Scout, AI Education Intelligence, ANO Research Intelligence, MSR Stories Daily, Grant Opportunities Daily, and AI Regulation Brief, among others.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your plan)
• Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers
• Free tiers are provided at our discretion and may be modified or removed at any time

iOS App and Reader App Policy

The MSR Research iOS app is a reader application. All subscriptions are purchased and managed exclusively at subscriptions.msrresearch.com. The iOS app does not offer in-app purchases.

Access to subscription content within the iOS app requires an active MSR Research account with a corresponding paid subscription. Free research papers are available to all authenticated users without a paid subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute subscription content without written permission
• Use automated means to scrape, download, or bulk-export reports or intelligence content
• Represent our AI-generated content as your own original research without attribution
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Attempt to circumvent subscription gating, authentication, or access controls
• Share account credentials with non-authorized users

Intellectual Property

All content delivered through MSR Research services — including reports, analyses, research papers, and editorial content — is owned by MSR Research or its licensors and is protected by copyright.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read and reference delivered content for your own business or personal use. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution to MSR Research. No other reproduction or redistribution is permitted without written consent.

AI-Generated Content

MSR Research reports are produced with the assistance of AI agents and language models. While we apply quality controls and human review processes, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content. Content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You assume full responsibility for decisions made based on our content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be accurate or complete. Your use of our services is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSR Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services. Upon termination, your access to subscription content will cease at the end of your current billing period. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
