Scope
Municipal Intelligence is a staff-facing municipal operations app. It is used by authorized staff, representatives, and managed ANO customers to review intelligence, ask governed assistant questions, manage deadlines, and coordinate municipal workflows. The Lago Vista deployment is the initial reference tenant.
Information We Collect
Account and staff identity
Email address, tenant/customer assignment, role, and login/session status used to authenticate staff and scope Municipal Intelligence content.
Municipal Intelligence activity
Requests, messages, searches, approvals, notification state, calendar interactions, document access events, and assigned PA conversation history submitted through the app.
Device and notification information
App version, device type, operating system version, and Apple Push Notification service device token when staff enable push alerts.
Operational logs and diagnostics
Server logs, delivery status, error details, and security/audit events needed to maintain reliability, investigate support requests, and protect municipal data.
How We Use Information
- Authenticate staff and keep each user inside the correct municipal ANO tenant.
- Deliver dashboards, approvals, calendar items, documents, grant updates, maps, research, and assigned PA responses.
- Route staff requests to the appropriate governed MSR Research agent or supervised workflow.
- Send operational push notifications for deadlines, approvals, deliverables, and agent results when enabled.
- Maintain auditability, security, support, and service reliability for municipal staff workflows.
AI Policy and Staff Safety
The app routes reasonable local, grant, council, service, deadline, research, and ANO workflow questions through the policy context enabled for the customer ANO. LaVerne Staff and other assigned assistants are intended to keep staff answers inside approved municipal context, escalation rules, and audit expectations. MSR Research does not use Municipal Intelligence staff messages for advertising or third-party tracking.
Service Providers
We use service providers to operate the managed ANO platform, including cloud database, authentication, email delivery, Apple push notifications, app hosting, and AI model providers used for governed agent workflows. Providers may process information only as needed to deliver, secure, support, and improve the service.
Current operational providers may include Supabase, Apple Push Notification service, SendGrid, Zoho Mail, OpenAI, Anthropic, and infrastructure providers used by MSR Research.
Tracking and Advertising
Municipal Intelligence does not use third-party advertising SDKs, does not sell staff data, and does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.
Retention
We retain account, audit, support, and municipal workflow records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet customer governance requirements, maintain security, and satisfy legal or contractual obligations. Customer-specific retention needs may be governed by the applicable municipal agreement or managed ANO configuration.
Your Choices
- You may disable push notifications in iOS Settings.
- Authorized customers may request account correction, export, retention review, or deletion through MSR Research support.
- Staff should not submit confidential resident, legal, personnel, health, or protected records unless their customer ANO policy and agreement allow that workflow.
